Prayer is incredibly important for our mission at Diamonds. Every time a Diamonds Conference event happens, it is only possible because of our amazing God and an incredible group of volunteer prayer warriors. 

Our faithful Prayer Team of volunteers prays through each need for the conference, asking God to help us every step. 

You can join the Prayer Team to help us pray over this upcoming conference! 

If you love to see the ways that God works through His children's prayers, and you want to help this community, then we encourage you to join our Prayer Team! 

Your main duty as a member of the team would be to pray consistently and intentionally over the Diamonds Conference with specific prayer requests that are shared with the Prayer Team through our Google Hangouts group chat. 

Prayer is one of the ways we can serve God and help others even in illness or from a bed. We're so grateful for gifted prayer warriors and anyone who is willing to pray. You can make a difference by applying for the Prayer Team.

The Street Team’s mission is to connect like-minded Christians who are in need of community, support, and encouragement. Chronic illness warriors feel desperately isolated. This is your chance to invite them to take part in everything the Diamonds ministry offers. 

If you want to make a huge impact but don't have much time, this Street Team role is perfect for you! Street Team tasks only need a commitment of 5-10 minutes each week. 

As a member of the Street Team, you’d share conference details with people you know, through social media, email lists, and word of mouth. Once a week, we'll send you an email with a short task, such as “post this graphic on social media," "comment on this post," or "visit the merch shop." This builds up the hype and awareness before the conference!

If you have been around the Diamonds Conference community for any amount of time, you will likely have heard that this is not a “one-woman show.” There are many hands and hours invested in the production of what you see as the final Diamonds Conference. 

As the conference has grown, the staff has grown as well. This week, we are expanding the staff again, and we have many amazing positions to fill! 

Who better to fill them than you? You’ve seen the power this type of event has to touch hearts. Many of you have an illness yourselves. And your illness might even give you some extra time. 

We need people with various kinds of skill sets and different levels of experience. You can see which positions may be a good fit for you at the link below.

A Moderator is someone who helps facilitate discussion between the speaker and the audience, and makes sure the sessions run smoothly during the live online conference. 

This commitment only requires an hour or two of your time during the conference dates. As a moderator for the Diamonds Conference, your duties would include: 

~ Moderating in the YouTube chat during the sessions. 

~ Bridging the gap between the speakers and audience. 

~ Having questions ready to share in case you need to initiate conversation in the chat.
