This person assists the Email Manager in writing promotional and informational emails for attendees, and responding to emails sent to the conference email.

This person is responsible for initiating and pursuing potential sponsors, and maintaining a relationship with them for the duration of the event, coordinating practical details, and managing giveaways with both sponsors and speakers, and staff. 

This person assists the Street Team Manager in creating hype and organization in a unified team of people excited to share about the conference with their friends and platforms.

This person works under the Website Manager and helps take care of the Diamonds website. This person will be responsible for tasks assigned to them related to getting the new Diamonds website up and running for the summer conference. This person needs to be good at communicating and getting tasks done in a set amount of time. Hours vary week to week.

This person will work under the Community Manager to help maintain and grow the Diamonds community on Slack. Their job will be to monitor the Slack chat, start and maintain conversations with the community, and help create an uplifting environment where chronically ill warriors can build friendships and find support. The Community Assistant needs to be familiar with Slack, be enthusiastic about interacting with the Diamonds community, and they must be able to be active on the chat daily. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to help grow and nurture the Diamonds Community—a safe place of fellowship for chronic illness warriors. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide encouragement, connection, and hope.
